Bike: Doesn't Ride anymore, gave his bike to his son Peyton who looks after it in the same manner as his father once did with regular tune ups and oil changes and ensures that everything is in top perfect shape.

*Quick note: When Crankshaft was younger, all he wanted nothing more then to be left to his own devices but the devilish Gearshift wouldn't let him be. whether it be making him unlatch the gate their parent or older siblings just re-locked or playing with the Vid-Com, you can bet poor Crankshaft was under his sister's feet as her 'stepping stool' and you also bet he's not happy about her dragging him into trouble. He was always cleared before Geashift was punished with time out and toys taken away.

Work/Rank: Trainer and Scheduler--he makes up the schedules for the younger Rookies and pairs them off with the older guys for field training and ensures the Registration System doesn't go down in mid process. He's one of the toughest top trainers in the Academy, only the elite hand picked chosen students train under his watch all grades in his group are above 70% if a student falls below the acceptable 60% range more then once and miss more days then acceptable for illness and mental health days, then they are busted back down into the rank they were pulled out of.

Health Notes: Due to a tremendous amount of Torture and the vast number of experiements performed on his left leg that dissolved the bone matter,muscles,blood,veins and fat, Tanner was left without a leg and retro-fitted with a bionic leg by Karbunkle who put a mind control device in Tanner's brain.

Temper: Tanner is quick to anger,especially when it comes to his nephew Rusty who has ADHD and is slow to catch on to things people his age quickly catch on to. A tad abusive also when it comes to Rusty, though let it be said he's been knocked on his ass by his brother Jaden who is Rusty's father for hitting Rusty.

Likes: Classic Novels,Ballet,Classical Music, Carving, Whittling, bonding with his new daughter and making up for lost time with his eldest son and daughter who are 14 1/2.

Dislikes: His quickness to anger,his bionic leg--of course he grew to accept it, missing out on 7 1/2 years of his middle children's lives,worrying if his wife was dead. He and Silverstar consummated their marriage in a plutarkian prison cell on a dirty damp floor.

BG Info: Tanner and his wife Silverstar's honeymoon was spent in a Plutarkian Prison Cell that was just big enough for the two of them to fit comfortably beside each other. Their two oldest children were conceived,born and partially raised in the cell where they bonded. Though Silverstar knew nothing of what happened after Tanner was pulled out two days before her due date, she later learned that he had gotten away from the stinkfish and reluctantly left her behind vowing to return for her as soon as he could. When he did return for Silverstar, he found that he was now a first time father to a boy-Peyton and a girl-Miley.
